Do you want to create your own design?
Do you have a design that you want to be produced?
Do you want to order an old design that is not currently in stock or currently displaying on the website?
If you answered YES to any of these questions, this is where you can get all the answers.
What you need to know: Any design that you wish to produce, either from scratch or from us in the past will require:
- Minimum order of 300 grams.
- If the product you're looking for isn't in our catalog, you will have to supply us with a drawing with specifications, or even better with a prototype. (If neither are available you can work with us to create them)
- Price is negotiable, we charge per gram.
I have a design idea but I don't have any drawings of it or samples, how can I get it produced?
If you have an idea, you can work with our team to create a prototype. We will draw the design with all the relevant specifications for the fee of $100.
This fee will be deducted from your order. If if you decide to not move forward with the design, the $100 is not refundable.

How long will the process take?
This depends of course on what you want. The more detailed the idea is and the more information you can supply us the better. Once the drawing is made and you are satisfied with it, we can begin the production phase.
This will, of course, take a bit of trial and error to produce a prototype that suits your needs. The whole process can take anywhere from two weeks to a couple of months depending on how complex the design is and how many revisions are necessary.

I would like to produce an old design that I purchased from you, what information will you need?
Ideally, you can give us the following:
- Pictures of the design (from as many angles as possible)
- Product code
- Product specifications (weight, measurements, materials)
If you have it still, a prototype would be great but not necessary.

I would like to produce a design that I bought somewhere else, is that possible?
Yes, as long as the design does NOT INFRINGE any copyrights, trademarks or patents.

How long will this process take?
If you have a prototype, the process should be fairly quick.
If you do not have a prototype but have all the required information to start production, it might require a few tweaks to create an exact match. The process should take less than a month.
