Upon your purchase and receipt of payment, Thailand Handicrafts initiates processing immediately. If the item ordered is in stock, it typically takes 2 to 3 days for processing.

For larger orders and OEM orders, processing may take 2 weeks or more depending on the ordered quantity and number of edits.

Orders made on Saturdays or Sundays will commence processing on Monday unless there is a national public holiday in Thailand on that date. Once completed, items will be shipped from either Bangkok or Chiang Mai.

In the event your order is not received within 30 days, Thailand Handicrafts will assist in following up. If deemed lost, we will reship the order free of charge, but only if the client chose FedEx or EMS as their shipment method. If your order is lost or delayed beyond 30 days, please contact us for further assistance.
