Terms of Sale

  1. Customer can place an order and make payment directly on ThailandHandicrafts.com. Customer can pay using their credit/debit card via Paypal, or use their Paypal account wallet.
  2. Upon confirmation of payment, customer will receive an automatic email confirming the order.
  3. Thailand Handicrafts team will begin processing the order within maximum 48 hours. If order is placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, team will start processing order on Monday.
  4. If all purchased products are available and in stock, order will be ready and shipped within 2 to 4 working days. Upon shipping goods, customer will be notified via email with shipping details and tracking number.
  5. If goods are not available on in stock, customer will be notified via email so that the next steps can be discussed and cooperated.
  6. From this point, the customer has the following options:
    1. Choose available replacements for the missing goods, with a quantity that meets the available credit balance.For example, if missing items were paid for with $30 (after discount), customer will be given options that will meet this amount. If customer wants to choose items that are of higher price, they will be billed the difference. If customer wants to choose items that are of lower price, Thailand Handicrafts can offer store credit or refund for remaining credit.
    2. Custom make the design customer wants. This requires a minimum order of 300 grams. Price can be renegotiated if original order did not have a discount of 50% already.
    3. Request a refund or store credit for the missing items. Refund will be processed via Paypal, and can take 4 to 12 days to process.
