Return Policy

Custom made orders

  1. Orders that have been ordered to make have a warranty of 14 days after receiving the goods.
  2. If customer is unsatisfied with goods, products can be shipped for replacement or creating a new batch only.
  3. Customer must ship items to Chiang Mai head office and is responsible for cost of shipping the return.
  4. To initiate a return, please contact us and include: order invoice, an image of the defect, a brief description.

Karen Hill Tribe Silver parts

  1. This includes pendants, charms, beads, bead strands, and toggles.
  2. To request for a refund for the defect item, customer has a warranty period of 60 days after receiving the goods.
  3. To request for a replacement, customer has a warranty period of 90 days after receiving the goods.
  4. Defect items can be shipped back to our Chiang Mai office. Once item has been received and inspected, customer will be notified and is expected to inform our team whether they would like a refund or replacement.
  5. To return a product or request for further information, please contact us and include: order invoice, an image of the defect, a brief description.

Ready made jewellery

  1. This includes necklaces, earrings, rings, and bracelets.
  2. To request for a refund for the defect item, customer has a warranty period of 14 days after receiving the goods.
  3. To request for a replacement only available product SKU’s can be replaced. Customer has a warranty period of 30 days after receiving the goods.
  4. To request free fixing service, which does not include the possible cost of parts (e.g. toggle breaks or beads fall apart) needed to fix the jewellery, customer has a warranty period of 1 year.
  5. Defect items can be shipped back to our Chiang Mai office. Once item has been received and inspected, customer will be notified and is expected to inform our team whether they would like a refund or replacement.
