Shipping Policy & Terms of Sales

Upon client purchase and receival of payment, Thailand Handicrafts begins processing immediately. If the item ordered is in stock, it takes approximately 1 to 3 days for the order to be purchased. For bigger orders, it may take longer, sometimes up to 2 weeks if the silversmiths have to produce a new batch from scratch. If order has been made on a Saturday or Sunday, the processing will commence on Monday. Once the order has been completed, items will be shipped from either Bangkok or Chiang Mai, depending on the quantity and bought item. 

In terms of shipping, Thailand Handicrafts does not guarantee delivery times, however we do our best to provide accurate estimates. Thailand Handicrafts offers three possible shipping methods including: Registered Airmail, FedEx, or EMS.

Once the order has been shipped from Thailand, if the chosen method is Registered Airmail: Thailand handicrafts cannot 100% guarantee that the package will arrive at the desired destination. Therefore, we highly recommend that you choose FedEx or EMS as the shipping option.

If order has not been received by the purchasing party within a minimum of 30 days, Thailand Handicrafts will assist in following up on the order. Assuming that the order has been lost or cannot be found, Thailand Handicrafts will be responsible for shipping another package with ordered items free of charge by purchasing party. If your order has been lost or has yet to arrive after 30 days, please contact us.

Returns & Replacements

Thailand Handicrafts wants to ensure that clients are completely satisfied with the products and services. If the items you have received do not match the displayed images, or have arrived to your destination broken, please contact us via email with your order number, description of defective item, and at least 1 photo to show Thailand Handicraft's team.

Once Thailand Handicrafts has received the request for return, and the request has been approved: Purchasing party has to ship back the defective items and are responsible for the shipping cost. If the package does not arrive to Thailand Handicraft's delivery address, Thailand Handicrafts will not be responsible for the loss and Purchasing party will have lost the the eligibility to receive replacements free of charge. Therefore, we strongly recommend that Purchasing party ships via a reliable shipping method such as EMS or FedEx.

Upon receiving the package with defective items, Thailand Handicrafts will inspect the products and confirm to the Purchasing party via email that the return replacements have begun processing for shipment once again. Purchasing party is responsible for the cost of the second shipment with the replacement items. The processing time of the new items will depend on the quantity that needs to be replaced as well as the available stock. More accurate estimations will be communicated via email directly between Thailand Handicrafts customer service & client (purchasing party).
